Samuel Medas is a Guyanese gospel artist from Uitvlugt, West Coast Demerara. He grew up in a Christian household with both parents being pastors.
From a young man struggling to find his identity to become one of the major names in gospel singing in the Caribbean, Medas stated, “I think people settle for less because they don’t know what God has in store for them.”
He is an award-winning gospel singer, composer, entertainer, artist, performer, and songwriter, most recognized for his 2018 song “Royalty,” which has been streamed over 364,000 times on Spotify.
He urged others not to be discouraged by what they currently see before them; rather, they should pursue their dreams and witness the manifestation of God.
